Kosovo’s Ambassador to France, Lulzim Hiseni, has presented his credentials to French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris.

During the ceremony, Ambassador Hiseni conveyed warm greetings from Kosovo’s authorities and expressed gratitude for France’s role at key moments in Kosovo’s history, including the Rambouillet Conference, NATO’s intervention, Kosovo’s post-war reconstruction and institutional development, and France’s recognition of Kosovo’s independence.

Hiseni emphasized his commitment to further strengthening the partnership between Kosovo and France through close political dialogue and expanded cooperation in the economic, cultural and academic sectors.

He also highlighted the importance of cooperation with France in advancing Kosovo’s European perspective and strengthening the country’s international position, while contributing to peace and stability in the Western Balkans.
