Another nationalist graffiti calling for the killing of Albanians has appeared on the walls of the Health Center in Bujanovc.
The graffiti, written in Serbian, states: “Death to Albanians. We don’t want you. Kosovo is Serbia!!!”
This was made public through a Facebook post by the Chairman of the Albanian National Council, Nevzad Lutfiu.
He noted that this is the second such graffiti to appear within a few days, following the protest held on August 12, suggesting that this act is not coincidental but a deliberate attempt to incite division and provoke.
“Another graffiti in the same institution. The second one after the protest on August 12, this is not a coincidence. Our voice is exposing the nationalists who hate us as Albanians,” Lutfiu wrote.
He called for restraint from Albanians, urging them not to fall prey to these provocations aimed at destabilizing the situation and fueling ethnic tensions.
“I urge Albanians not to fall into these provocations. Authorities must quickly bring the perpetrators of these graffiti to justice,” Lutfiu added.
It is worth noting that on August 12, Albanians from the Preshevë Valley protested in Bujanovc Square against the oppression and discrimination being exercised against Albanians by Serbian authorities.
Immediately after this protest, graffiti stating “Death to Albanians” appeared.
