KFOR has released several photographs from shooting exercises currently taking place.

The NATO peacekeeping mission announced that the exercises were conducted “to enhance the ability to respond quickly even under physical stress.”

“The soldiers carried out shooting drills at the ‘Voloire’ range, located in the wooded area adjacent to the ‘Villaggio Italia’ base, to improve their ability to intervene swiftly under physical stress conditions,” the announcement stated.

KFOR also reminded that it continues to carry out its mandate to “provide a calm and safe environment for all communities living in Kosovo and to ensure freedom of movement at all times and in an impartial manner.” Additionally, it emphasized that it works “in close coordination” with EULEX and the Kosovo Police.
