Ahead of the arrival of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Kosovo has implemented increased security measures.
This is evident in several images published by the media, showing enhanced security forces in place.
Rutte has now started his meeting with President Osmani at the Presidency.
After the meeting, the NATO Secretary General and President Osmani are expected to hold a joint press conference.
Meanwhile, Rutte will later meet with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
