During the funeral of Pope Francis, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani met with U.S. President Donald Trump, expressing Kosovo’s unwavering commitment to its alliance with the United States.
In a post on social media, Osmani emphasized, “The United States is Kosovo’s most steadfast and crucial ally. It’s always a pleasure to meet President Trump and convey the deep love and gratitude of the people of Kosovo for America.“
She continued, “We are committed to making our alliance stronger than ever before.“
Osmani also took the opportunity to wish First Lady Melania Trump a happy birthday and praised her for the excellent work she is doing through initiatives dedicated to protecting children and youth.
