President Vjosa Osmani met with the newly appointed Belgian Prime Minister, Bart De Wever, today in Tirana.
In a Facebook post, the Kosovar President shared details of the meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the sixth European Political Community Summit.
“Together, we discussed strengthening bilateral relations between our two countries, Belgium’s continued support for Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic integration, the security situation in the region, and the need to remove the unjust measures against our citizens,” Osmani wrote.
She added that Kosovo remains committed to deepening its partnership with Belgium, according to KosovaPress.
The meeting highlights Kosovo’s ongoing efforts to strengthen ties with European partners and advocate for the removal of EU measures.
