A major achievement has been marked by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania, as the Special Forces Battalion of the Regiment of Special Operations (ROS) secured third place and earned the bronze medal at the elite international competition “Best Sniper Team Competition.”
This prestigious contest took place in Isparta, Turkey, from May 5 to 15, 2025, bringing together 26 sniper teams from 18 different countries. The Albanian representatives stood out for their exceptional precision shooting skills and high-level tactical maneuvers.
According to a post by the Ministry of Defense on social media, the Albanian snipers represented the Armed Forces of Albania with dignity and the highest professionalism, demonstrating outstanding preparation, operational precision, and commitment to fulfilling international security and defense standards.
