Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has issued a defiant statement following Iran’s missile strikes on U.S. military bases in Iraq and Qatar.
Posting on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Khamenei shared an image of the burning American flag, along with a powerful message:
“We have harmed no one, and we will not accept any provocation from anyone under any circumstances. And we will not submit to anyone’s intimidation. This is the logic of the Iranian nation.”
He added:
“We will submit to no one.”
This message marks Khamenei’s first public reaction after the escalation, reinforcing Iran’s position of resistance and national pride amid growing regional tensions.
