The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kosovo has announced that as of 8:00 PM on Tuesday, the verification of results for the second round of local elections has been completed in 17 municipal counting centers.
Regarding the Municipal Counting Center in South Mitrovica, the CEC stated that the verification process is expected to conclude tomorrow.
“On Tuesday at 2:00 PM, the re-count of 41 polling stations began at the Counting and Results Center, following a request from the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP),” the CEC declared.

Activities in Municipal Counting Centers (MCCs):
As of 8:00 PM on Tuesday, the verification of results for the second round of mayoral elections has been completed in 17 MCCs: Junik, Mamushë, Kllokot, Obiliq, Klinë, Vushtrri, Dragash, Rahovec, Gjakovë, Gjilan, Fushë Kosovë, Suharekë, Kaçanik, Prishtinë, Viti, Prizren, and Pejë.
Currently, the verification process, which began at 4:20 PM today, continues only at the MCC of South Mitrovica and is expected to finish on Wednesday.
Activities at the Counting and Results Center (CRC):
On Tuesday at 2:00 PM, the re-count of 41 polling stations began at the CRC following the request of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP).
The polling stations being re-counted are for the Municipal Assembly elections in Gllogoc and include:
0324/01, 0325/01, 0322/01, 0320/01, 0318/02, 0317/04, 0317/03, 0316/02, 0312/02, 0310/03, 0310/02, 0304/01, 0321/01, 0324/03, 0327/01, 0315/02, 0316/01, 0308/01, 0320/02, 0306/01, 0301/05, 0301/04, 0328/02, 0326/03, 0311/03, 0340/03, 0311/05, 0310/01, 0323/03, 0322/0, 0323/02, 0311/01, 0330/01, 0324/02, 0317/01, 0317/02, 0324/02, 0309/01, 0309/02, 0310/05, and 0313/01.
