The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, in her third speech at the World Governance Summit, addressed Kosovo’s journey from post-war reconstruction to a state founded on the rule of law, strengthening rights, and placing human dignity at the center of innovation.
The Head of State also announced a series of meetings with leaders of various countries during the World Governance Summit in the United Arab Emirates.
