Bedri Hamza, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), stated that the new legislature of the Kosovo Assembly begins at a decisive moment for the country, emphasizing that the defense of truth, justice, and statehood at The Hague is a national and state obligation, not a partisan issue.
Following the constitutive session of the Assembly, Hamza announced via Facebook that a resolution drafted by independent experts will be submitted for a vote in the first session.
According to Hamza, the resolution calls for a fair and impartial trial, fully in accordance with Kosovo’s laws and Constitution, as well as the highest international standards.
He urged all political parties to support this initiative, stressing that he expects backing from everyone who believes in justice, dignity, and the state.
