Despite the verbal and physical clashes that took place today in the Kosovo Assembly, the caretaker government held an electronic meeting and approved a number of decisions.
Among the decisions approved were the establishment of selection committees for senior-level positions in numerous public institutions and agencies, including the Central Procurement Agency, Treasury, Cyber Security Agency, Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency, Anti-Doping Agency, Sports Agency, Youth Development Agency and several others.
The government also approved decisions concerning the further review of expropriation requests for public-interest projects, including the construction of an Economic Zone for the Diaspora in Shtime and an administrative building for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Prishtina.
Other decisions included the establishment of the National Refugee Commission and the approval of a potential membership list for senior-level selection committees within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its agencies.
The caretaker government also allocated €100,000 to DokuFest, describing the funding as a direct investment in Kosovo’s international promotion and cultural diplomacy. According to the government, the festival contributes to strengthening Kosovo’s international image and promotes the country’s cultural, creative and tourism potential.
