On November 13, the governments of Albania and Italy are expected to hold a joint meeting in Rome — marking the first-ever such gathering between the two countries.
A day earlier, the Albanian government approved in principle a strategic cooperation agreement with Italy, covering at least ten key areas from healthcare, energy, and the environment to security industries and smart growth initiatives.
During the meeting, several bilateral agreements are expected to be signed, followed by a joint statement from Prime Ministers Edi Rama and Giorgia Meloni.
