The seriousness of one’s commitment to the truth about Kosovo and its people becomes apparent and resolute in their engagement to assist this country, which has the courage and ability to assert the truth about our country, which enjoys the highest respect from the people of this country, as is Ms. Alicia Kearns, Conservative Member of the British Parliament.
The Conservative MP for Britain, Ms. Kearns, recently proposed a motion for Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which the British Lower House approved, supporting the integrity and territorial sovereignty of Kosovo, also condemning the Serbian terrorist attack in Bansjka against the state police on September 24 last year.
The British Parliament’s Lower House, according to this motion, also supported the authority of the Constitutional Court in Bosnia and Herzegovina to globally condemn the Srebrenica genocide based on international laws; likewise, in this House, Russia’s intervention in Western Balkans issues is also condemned.
British MP Ms. Kearns, besides raising her alarm regarding the situation and security in Kosovo and the Western Balkans, raised her voice referring to the critical situation and war in Ukraine and Gaza, which situation could escalate further.
She also referred to the visit of Chinese President Shi Xhiping to Serbia, indicating that such a visit has a significance of an alliance not merely between China, Russia, and Serbia, implying the possibility of this alliance to expand further, which would particularly affect the Western Balkans region.
Ms. Kearns, before the Serbian terrorist attack in Banjske in the north of our country, had raised her alarm that various weapons were being gathered and stored in Serbian Orthodox churches in Kosovo by Serbian groups, which also happened on September 24 last year when a large group of Serbian terrorists, stationed and sheltered in the Banjska Monastery, attacked the Kosovo police, resulting in the death of this police officer, Mr. Afrim Bunjaku.
Kosovo’s esteemed friend, Ms. Kearns, deserves great credit for her contribution and commitment to the truth and the resolution of the Kosovo issue with Serbia, which she openly states in her British Parliament and before the world, how things stand and the reality between these two countries, with particular emphasis on Serbia’s role and engagement, in these forms drawing Kosovo and the region into unnatural flows and relations, inciting a possible conflict or war.
