Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi, emphasized that Kosovo must be ready for war. According to him, a hybrid attack from Serbia could always be launched against us.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi said that a conventional war is impossible now, as we are protected by KFOR peacekeepers.
“We must be ready for war. Yes, a conventional war is impossible now, as we are protected by KFOR peacekeepers. However, as the example of Banjska has shown, a hybrid attack could always be launched against us – and we must prepare for this to happen again at any time,” Bislimi declared, for the Ukrainian news platform European Pravda.
Bislimi said there are reasons to believe that Russia was directly involved in the attack.
“In the south of Serbia, in the city of Niš, which is not far from the border with Serbia, there is the so-called Russian Humanitarian Center, which is officially engaged in fire safety, but no one has seen any results of its work,” he said.
Bislimi stated that the West agrees with the evidence that the attack in the north was a hybrid one rooted in the top leadership of Serbia.
