The Constituent Session of the Kosovo Assembly has started with a one-hour delay. The session is being led by Avni Dehari, the oldest deputy of this legislature.
The agenda for this session includes the formation of a commission to verify the quorum and mandates, the oath-taking of deputies, and the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speakers of the Assembly.
Dehari, who is presiding over the session, stated that no debate will take place during this constituent session, and it will conclude with the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speakers.
