The counting of ballots cast from outside Kosovo, specifically those submitted by mail, begins today at the Counting and Results Center.
This was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valmir Elezi.
According to Elezi, more than 28,500 voting packages were collected from two postal boxes in Berlin and Bern, of which 27,600 were approved, while over 950 were rejected.
Meanwhile, 16,165 citizens, or 84.24%, cast their votes through voting at Kosovo’s diplomatic missions abroad.
