EU Ambassador to Kosovo Dirk Schuebel has met with the ambassadors and heads of diplomatic offices representing Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, reaffirming a shared commitment to Kosovo’s European integration.
The meeting was attended by Hristo Kraevski of Bulgaria, Heleni Vakali of Greece and Andrei Stanescu of Romania.
Schuebel described the representatives of EU member states as the “backbone” of European cooperation in Kosovo.
“Everyone wants to see Kosovo advancing toward the EU,” Schuebel said.
The meeting comes as Kosovo continues efforts to deepen relations with the European Union and advance its European integration agenda, with institutional reforms and political stability remaining key elements of the process.
