PDK lawmaker Enver Hoxhaj has shared a rare photograph of himself with former Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi from their student years.
Hoxhaj posted the photo on Facebook while Thaçi’s interview from The Hague was being broadcast, accompanying it with a brief but emotional message:
