On Wednesday, September 25, at 9:30 AM, the initial hearing regarding the terrorist attack in Banjska, Zvečan, will take place.
In this attack, on September 24 of last year, an armed group of Serbs led by Milan Radojčić killed Kosovo Police Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku.
“The initial criminal hearing for the terrorist attack in Banjska will be held on September 25, 2024,” confirmed Mirlinda Gashi, spokesperson for the Basic Court in Prishtina, to RTK.
Forty-five people have been charged in connection with the Banjska case, but so far, only Dušan Maksimović, Blagoje Spasojević, and Vladimir Tolić remain in custody.
