At an election rally organised by the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), Milan Radoičić, a man wanted by Interpol, appeared alongside Danilo Vučić, the son of Serbia’s former president.

Footage shows Milan Radoičić standing near Danilo Vučić outside the Jezero Hall, where the SNS rally was held in Kragujevac.

Danilo Vučić arrived at the rally accompanied by several vehicles equipped with flashing emergency lights. The two were subsequently seen together.

Milan Radoičić, the former deputy leader of the Serb List, who claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in Banjska in which Kosovo Police Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed, is wanted by Interpol.

In December 2023, the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) issued arrest warrants for Milan Radoičić and 11 other individuals in connection with the terrorist attack carried out on 24 September in Banjska, in northern Kosovo.

The European Union and NATO have repeatedly called on Serbia to hold Radoičić and the other members of the group he led accountable for the Banjska attack.

Meanwhile, Serbian businessmen Zvonko Veselinović and Milan Radoičić have been under US sanctions for nearly five years over allegations related to organised crime and corruption.

Radoičić and a group of men had also reportedly intimidated residents of Kosjerić, Serbia, during local elections in the town.

“Last year, local elections were held in Kosjerić. Eyewitnesses, as well as the civic group ‘Honest People for a Clean Kosjerić’, stated that Milan Radoičić had been present there ahead of an SNS rally, on a visit they described as ‘intimidating’.

According to accounts from local residents, Radoičić arrived in Kosjerić with a group of men in several SUVs. They visited cafés, met with local officials and, during their stay, intimidated and threatened citizens.”
