Kosovo’s official consumer protection website, konsumatori.rks-gov.net, has been targeted in a cyberattack and is currently unavailable, the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MINT) announced on Monday.

According to the ministry, the website will remain offline until the necessary measures are completed to restore and fully reactivate the service.

In the meantime, citizens can submit complaints and requests through the Consumer Protection Office’s email at [email protected] or via Viber at +383 (0) 46 311-000.

MINT apologized for the disruption and thanked citizens for their understanding, stressing that consumer protection services will continue to be provided through alternative communication channels.

The ministry did not provide further details about the nature, origin or potential impact of the cyberattack.
