Ramush Haradinaj joined the mass protest taking place in Prishtina’s main square against the verdicts of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague.
Speaking at the protest, Haradinaj said the demonstration was sending a clear message that, in his view, a major miscarriage of justice had occurred in the case. “Not in the name of the people of Kosovo. It is a message that a major miscarriage of justice has occurred. The decision is unjust and unacceptable,” Haradinaj said.
The protest was organized in opposition to the verdicts issued by the Specialist Chambers in The Hague against former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders. Thousands of citizens have gathered in Pristina under the slogan “Not in My Name”, expressing their rejection of the court’s decision.
