Prishtina Tests Public Warning Siren System

The Municipality of Prishtina, through its Directorate for Security and Emergency Management, today conducted a test of the Public Warning Siren System in the capital.

According to the municipality, the test began at 12:15 p.m., with the siren activated several times using a continuous tone lasting 30 seconds each time.

The municipality emphasized that the exercise was solely a technical test aimed at verifying the functionality and effectiveness of the equipment used in emergency situations.

Citizens were urged not to be alarmed by the activation of the sirens, as the test was not related to any emergency situation.
