Protesters who had planned to carry out an action in the courtyard of the Kosovo Government building were stopped by police.
The protesters had intended to place a uniform of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) at the entrance of the government building.
Police did not allow the protesters to carry out the planned action at the entrance of the government building.
