The Acting Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, announced that two new services have been added to the e-Kosova digital platform.
In a Facebook post, Sveçla stated that starting today, citizens can submit online requests for recognition of the status of persons with disabilities and for recognition of the status of blind individuals through the e-Kosova platform.
“With the aim of providing efficient services for our citizens especially those who need our support the most to overcome everyday challenges starting today, the e-Kosova platform allows for the online submission of requests for the recognition of the status of persons with disabilities, as well as blind persons. We will continue working tirelessly to digitalize every process in order to further ease the lives and development of our citizens,” Sveçla wrote on Facebook.
