Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has emphasized the need to intensify diplomatic efforts to bring an end to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, following talks with the leaders of Britain, France, and Germany.
Zelensky stated that he is expecting proposals from the United States regarding the format of future diplomatic initiatives aimed at ending the war.
He also argued that the situation on the front line is increasingly developing in favor of the Ukrainian armed forces.
“Since the beginning of the year, Kyiv’s troops have liberated territories covering a total area of 590 square kilometers,” Zelensky said.
