Kurti Appoints Former Ministerial Chief of Staff as Deputy in Kosovo’s Justice Ministry

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has appointed Genc Nimoni, former chief of staff to former Justice Minister Albulena Haxhiu, as Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Justice, led by Donika Gërvalla.

The Government Media Office confirmed that Nimoni, who previously served as Haxhiu’s chief of staff, will now assume the role of first Deputy Minister of Justice.

Prime Minister Kurti has appointed Genc Nimoni to the position of First Deputy Minister of Justice. During the previous mandate, Mr. Nimoni served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Justice. The Prime Minister congratulated him and wished him success in fulfilling his responsibilities,” the announcement stated.

The move reinforces continuity within the ministry and highlights the close working relationship between Gërvalla and Nimoni.
