Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has said that he will not participate in the next summit of the leaders of the Western Balkans and those of the European Union in Kotor, Montenegro, because the meeting of the United Nations Security Council on the resolution in Srebrenica will most likely held on Wednesday.

“Tonight I am traveling to New York, because someone must answer those who will accuse the Serbs of being people who commit genocide”, stated Vucic, reports REL.
