A court hearing related to the armed attack in Banjska is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at the Basic Court of Prishtina.
According to local media reports, the session will begin at 9:30 a.m., with three suspects—Blagoje Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić, and Dušan Maksimović—expected to appear before the judicial panel.
The defendants face serious charges linked to the events of September 24, 2023, in the village of Banjska, located in the municipality of Zvečan.
During the armed attack, Kosovo Police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed, while several other officers were injured.
The case remains one of the most significant security-related trials in Kosovo in recent years, with proceedings expected to address allegations of organized armed action and threats to constitutional order.
Authorities have not provided further details ahead of the hearing, while the judicial process is expected to shed more light on the circumstances surrounding the incident.
