The Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration has announced two major vacancies in Kosovo’s civil service, launched under the recruitment procedures defined by the Law on Public Officials.
The positions include:
- Executive Director of the Central Procurement Agency
- Executive Director of the Treasury of Kosovo within the Ministry of Finance
According to the announcement, the call officially opened on April 25, 2026, with applications accepted from April 26 until May 25, 2026. Both roles are senior leadership positions with a four-year mandate.
For the Central Procurement Agency role, candidates are required to have an academic background in economics, law, or public administration, along with substantial experience in leadership positions.
Meanwhile, applicants for the Treasury of Kosovo position must demonstrate advanced expertise in public financial management, including state budgeting and treasury systems, as well as extensive professional experience in the field.
The recruitment process will include written testing and interviews, with applications submitted exclusively through the official online recruitment platform.
Authorities stated that the list of eligible candidates will be published on June 9, 2026, while final results will be announced after the completion of the evaluation process.
