The 66th consecutive citizens’ protest against the government was held in Tirana on Tuesday, organized by activists and citizens opposing the current government.

Protesters initially gathered at Skanderbeg Square before marching toward “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard, stopping in front of the Prime Minister’s Office.

As in previous rallies, participants raised anti-government slogans and repeated their calls for Prime Minister Edi Rama to resign. Protesters chanted slogans including: “Resign”, “Your end has come”, “Rama in prison, Berisha in prison” and “Rama, resign.”

After the speeches concluded, protesters continued their nightly march through the main streets of the capital.
