The request of Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vulin, to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina by helicopter has been denied.
As Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Foreign Minister, Elmedin Konaković, stated in an interview with the portal Klix.ba, the request was submitted on Friday evening, bypassing standard procedures.
“On Monday, if he had been a serious person, we could have made some efforts to resolve the issue definitively. Since he is someone who directly and repeatedly attacks the sovereignty and integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, finances female students who glorify war criminals, and since that part is genuinely within my jurisdiction, I did not approve that kind of permission due to procedural errors and the individual in question,” said Konaković.
He added that this type of Vulin will never receive his approval to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He noted that while he cannot prevent Vulin from entering Bosnia and Herzegovina, permission is required for entry by helicopter.
Vulin was supposed to appear today in Prebilovci near Čapljina, where the anniversary of the suffering of the Serbian people in World War II is being commemorated.
