KFOR Commander: Together, Let’s Contribute to Security Across Kosovo and the Entire Region

The NATO-led KFOR Commander, Major General Enrico Barduani, met with ambassadors and mission heads from 29 allied and partner countries contributing troops to KFOR. The meeting, held at KFOR’s Headquarters in Camp Film City, focused on a range of topics, including the security situation.

According to a statement from KFOR, the discussion also highlighted NATO’s current activities in Kosovo, as well as its cooperation with the international community.

Barduani emphasized the joint efforts with allies to contribute to sustainable security throughout Kosovo and regional stability.

“I stressed the importance of unity in effort and purpose, so that together we can contribute to lasting security across Kosovo and for regional security,” the KFOR commander is quoted as saying.

KFOR also emphasized that it works in close coordination with the Kosovo Police and EULEX in their respective roles as security responders.
