16 people were injured during the New Year’s Eve celebrations in Tirana.
A 20-year-old man was wounded by a stray bullet in the yard of his home in Tirana.
The individuals injured by fireworks have been treated and discharged to return to their homes.
Police Statement:
During the New Year’s Eve celebrations, 16 individuals are suspected to have been injured by fireworks and sought medical treatment at the hospital. Meanwhile, 20-year-old K.R. suffered a minor leg injury in the yard of his residence on “Selaudin Zorba” street, allegedly from a stray bullet falling from the air.
