The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has reacted to the tragedy in Cetinje, Montenegro, where at least 12 people, including two children, lost their lives in a massacre.
In a statement on the platform “X,” Osmani extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and expressed solidarity with Montenegro during these difficult times.
Osmani’s Statement:
“During this difficult time for Montenegro, we stand in solidarity and extend our heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones after the tragic shooting in Cetinje. My thoughts are with the entire community as they mourn and cope with this horrible act of violence that has taken so many lives.”
Response from Montenegro
The Montenegrin Minister of Internal Affairs, Danilo Sharanović, announced that the perpetrator of the crime, Aco Martinović, passed away during transport to the Clinical Center of Montenegro.
The tragedy in Cetinje has shaken the entire region, and Montenegrin authorities continue their investigation into this horrific act that claimed 12 lives.
