The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has announced that he will comply with the decision of the Court of Appeals and the security measure requiring him to report to authorities twice a month.
He stated that on Monday, January 6th, he will present himself to the Special Prosecutor’s Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).
“This decision has no legal basis, it is an electoral pill for Edi Rama, a failed attempt by the criminal organization SKAPI of the party to justify their actions, and new evidence of the complete control of SKAPI by Edi Rama. I will respect the decision, as my case is in Strasbourg,” said Berisha.
