The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic session last night, during which it approved the Administrative Instruction for Special Measures for the Registration of Joint Immovable Property in the Names of Both Spouses.
Additionally, in this meeting, the government amended and supplemented the Government Decision No. 03/251 dated March 12, which had appointed the Ad hoc Commission for professional evaluation for the position of “Chief Health Inspector in the Health Inspectorate.”
According to this amendment, member Avni Kastrati, Executive Director of ASK, is replaced by Anita Kalanderin, Secretary General in the Ministry of Justice.
The government also amended and supplemented Government Decision No. 05/251 dated March 12, 2025, which appointed the Ad hoc Commission for professional evaluation for the position of “Executive Director in the Kosovo Agency for Medicinal Products and Devices.”
In this amendment, Avni Kastrati, Executive Director of ASK, is replaced by Anita Kalanderin, Secretary General in the Ministry of Justice.
