The Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) has invited the media to a meeting today, where key issues related to the anticipated increase in electricity prices will be discussed.
According to a notification from ZRRE sent on Friday, the meeting will address matters of common interest, and as per ZRRE, it will provide an opportunity for exchanging opinions and deepening the understanding of the significance and impact of this process.
However, ZRRE has warned that media representatives will only be allowed to film during the first ten minutes of the meeting, with the remainder of the discussion prohibited from being filmed or recorded.
The decision regarding the potential price hike of electricity this year is expected to be made on April 11. The new tariffs are said to possibly take effect retroactively from April 1, or from May 1.
