The restaurant “Grey,” owned by Milan Radojčić’s family, has been officially closed, according to a report by Nova. The business, previously managed by Radojčić’s wife, Ema Radojčić, was located in the northern part of Mitrovica and valued at approximately €400,000.

Radojčić, known as the orchestrator of the September 24, 2023 terrorist attack in Banjska, had already withdrawn from all his businesses in Serbia, transferring ownership to Zvonko Veselinović and his brother Zharko. Now, his last remaining business presence in Kosovo has ended.

Although criminal proceedings are ongoing against Radojčić in both Belgrade and Kosovo, he remains at large. He publicly claimed responsibility for the attack on the Kosovo Police in Banjska, where a police officer was killed.

The Kosovo authorities have confiscated his assets in the country, valued at over €3.4 million. This includes a luxury villa near Lake Gazivoda, estimated alone at around €2 million, as confirmed by the Kosovo Agency for Seized and Confiscated Property Management.

The restaurant “Grey” has now been officially deleted from the business registry, as confirmed by APR records.

Radojčić now officially owns no businesses, having transferred his shares in five companies to Veselinović and his brother.

Meanwhile, his wife, Ema Radojčić, has emerged as an investor in a villa construction project in the elite Belgrade neighborhood of Dedinje, with the project estimated to cost 310 million dinars (€2.65 million).

The property in Bulevardi ‘Princ Aleksandar Karagjorgjeviq’ was originally registered under both Milan and Ema, but ownership has since been transferred entirely to her.
