AAK MP, Time Kadrijaj, stated that they have collected the necessary signatures and will contest in the Constitutional Court the request made by the LVV to change the method of voting for the election of the Speaker of the Assembly from an open vote to a secret ballot.
“LVV is asking for a change in the voting method for the election of the Speaker of the Assembly without proposing a name. This cannot happen, we have a truncated agenda and due to legal violations, together with MPs from LDK and PDK, because of the request to change the voting method in the middle of the process, we have collected the signatures and will address the Constitutional Court regarding this constitutional violation,” said Kadrijaj.
These comments come after the 13th failure of the Assembly’s constitution.
