Acting Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, has commented on the ongoing deadlock regarding the failure to constitute the Assembly of Kosovo, placing the blame squarely on the opposition.
Murati emphasized that the expectation is for the Assembly to be constituted, as is standard procedure, but claimed this is being obstructed by the opposition’s refusal to participate in the voting process.
“The expectation is for the Assembly to be constituted, just like every other time we come here. But as you can see, the opposition continues to avoid fulfilling its Constitutional obligation by not participating in the vote,” Murati told the media.
