A series of drone airstrikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine have targeted multiple regions within Russia, striking sensitive defense industry facilities and energy infrastructure.

One of the targets was the Arzamas factory in the Nizhny Novgorod region, which produces optical, electronic, and navigation systems for military vehicles, aircraft, and missiles. Arzamas is located approximately 759 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.

The regional governor, Gleb Nikitin, confirmed that one employee of the enterprise was killed, while two others were injured and hospitalized.

In a separate attack, two people were killed and three others injured in the Tula region, where a Ukrainian drone struck “one of the civilian enterprises,” according to local authorities.

Meanwhile, the oil refinery in Saratov—one of the key fuel facilities for Russian forces—was hit by drones on Sunday night, causing explosions and fire.

According to the Ukrainian General Staff, this refinery plays a critical role in supplying Russian troops with petroleum products.

Additionally, in the Komi Republic, another refinery was targeted. The drones reportedly destroyed a petroleum product tank and damaged a gas processing unit, according to Ukrainian media citing military intelligence sources.
