The Kosovo Police at the Jarinjë border crossing selected a vehicle with Serbian license plates for secondary inspection. The vehicle was driven by a male suspect, a Serbian citizen.
During the inspection of the vehicle, police officers found and confiscated undeclared monetary funds in euros and dinars, with a total value of €10,206.84.
In connection with the case, the Kosovo Customs has been engaged to proceed with further legal procedures.
“Jarinjë Border Police Station, 18.12.2025 – 10:58. On 18.12.2025, upon entry into the Republic of Kosovo, a vehicle with Serbian plates driven by a Serbian male suspect was selected for secondary control. During the inspection, undeclared monetary funds (euros and dinars) in the amount of €10,206.84 were found. Kosovo Customs has been engaged for further procedures,” the police statement said.
