The final weekend of 2025 will be dominated by cold weather and sub-zero temperatures.
According to data from the Kosovo Hydrometeorological Institute (IHMK), Saturday is expected to be mostly cloudy, with temperatures ranging from -3 to 4 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, December 28, temperatures are forecast to fluctuate between -6 and 3 degrees Celsius.
“Saturday – The weather will be mostly cloudy with occasional sunny intervals. Cloud cover in higher mountainous areas is expected to bring light rain and weak snow flurries. Minimum temperatures will range between -3 and -1 degrees Celsius, while daytime maximums are forecast between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius. Winds will be light to moderate from the northwest.”
“Sunday – Weather conditions are expected to remain largely similar, but with lower temperatures, particularly the minimums. Minimum temperatures are forecast to range between -2 and -6 degrees Celsius, while daytime maximums will range between 0 and 3 degrees Celsius. Winds will blow mainly from the northwest, light to moderate,” the IHMK statement said.
