The Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) will hold its 12th meeting today, during which it will review consumer complaints, according to the announced agenda.
In addition to addressing consumer concerns, the Board will also consider several important energy-sector decisions, including the approval of an annex agreement between KEK and Termokos regarding the price of thermal energy produced through cogeneration at Kosovo B Power Plant.

The meeting agenda includes the review and approval of the following items:
- Maximum Allowed Revenues (MAR) for NQ Termokos for the 2025/2026 heating season
- Setting thermal energy tariffs for end consumers of the City Heating Company (NQ) Termokos for the 2025/2026 heating season
- Maximum Allowed Revenues for NQ Gjakova J.S.C. for the 2025/2026 heating season
- Determination of thermal energy tariffs for end consumers of the City Heating Company (NQ) Gjakova for the 2025/2026 heating season
