The leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, has arrived at the Assembly of Kosovo accompanied by former President Vjosa Osmani.
Abdixhiku is expected to meet with the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement and acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti to discuss a possible solution regarding the election of the country’s next president, reports Ekonomia Online.
Earlier during the day, Kurti also held a meeting with the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK). According to Kurti, the meeting was constructive, but no concrete agreement was reached.
The consultations come amid efforts by political leaders to find consensus on the presidential process and ensure the continuation of Kosovo’s institutional functioning.
