All 63 miners who had been trapped inside the Trepça Mine have successfully made it out of the mine.
The news was confirmed by a Klan Kosova correspondent, who reported that all 63 miners are in good health.
He said the miners experienced some difficulties while making their way out, as not all of them are young or physically suited to climb through the emergency exit.
“Some of them had a little difficulty getting out because not all of them are young or physically fit enough to climb through the emergency exit. This is what people close to them told me, although I was unable to confirm this information through official sources,” he said.
Footage obtained by IndeksOnline shows several of the miners as they emerged from the mine.
