Full message:

“With great sadness, I learned of the passing of the Holy Father Pope Francis just a day after Easter Sunday — the day of resurrection and hope for the entire Christian world.

Pope Francis will be remembered as a humble shepherd, animated by love, compassion, and social humanism. He led the Catholic Church with an open heart, with words of peace, and with acts of justice and solicitude for the poor and marginalized.

At this time of mourning, I express to you my sincere sympathies, and I unite in prayer with the entire Catholic community of Kosovo, which has always been a paragon of enduring faith and spiritual dedication.

May God bless Pope Francis, and may his memory be a source of everlasting inspiration for us all.”
