The acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has submitted his official resignation letter—along with that of his government cabinet—to the current Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca.
In the letter, Kurti states that he and his ministers are resigning in order to take the oath as members of the Assembly.

Dear Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Glauk Konjufca,
Since March 23, when the four-year mandate of our governance came to an end, the government has been in a caretaker/resigned status. In accordance with the Constitution and applicable laws, with the declaration I submitted and which was accepted by the CEC on March 27, 2025, and with my public statement on the same day, I have effectively resigned along with the government cabinet.
For the purpose of taking the oath as a Member of Parliament in the ninth legislature of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, I am officially submitting my resignation from the executive position—effective as of the aforementioned date, in line with the Constitution and current legislation.
